The Role of a Mentor

The mentors are individuals, senior entrepreneurs, and various experts from large corporations and venture capital firms in Japan and overseas, and they provide advice to the female entrepreneurs.

By getting useful advice from people who are at the forefront of various fields, the female entrepreneurs can not only effectively solve the issues that Starp-ups have, but also gain new insights.

During the domestic program, individual mentoring sessions will be held to understand the issues and needs of each participant and to provide individual consultation for scale-up.

Based on the information obtained, this program will provide mentoring opportunities with mentors according to the situation of each participant, brush up business models, organize appealing points for presentations, clarify plans for scaling up, including overseas expansion, and provide concrete information on financing methods.
