Hikari joined Seven Bank, Ltd. after graduating from Ochanomizu University Faculty of Human Life Sciences.
After working in the advertising and planning departments, she worked in the human resources department, where she engaged in recruiting new graduates and promoting diversity. The blog started while was on maternity leave for her second child resonated with women in the same situation as her, and started supporting her life career for women. Since the beginning of her business, she has pursued essential changes in clients through course management that utilizes an online community. She supports 10,000 women in Japan and overseas with her unique life career support method of “writing down what you don’t like and regaining your desires.” In addition to life career support and supporter training, she is currently producing various projects to support women. She has given many lectures and media publications.
