As the ESG / SDGs promotion manager in Japan at Dell Technologies Japan Inc., Emi is involved in all aspects of social impact. In addition to sharing information with clients and collaborating on ESG projects, she also works with governments, related organizations, and NPOs. Currently, she is involved in internal and external initiatives such as ESG co-creation with clients, support for APT Women, a Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office project to promote women's venture development, marine pollution reduction project with an NPO, DX support projects for NPOs, and educational support activities. She has completed the Organizational Analysis course at Stanford University, the SDGs course at the University of Copenhagen, and The Sustainability Imperative course at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has a diverse work history, having worked for a foreign airline, a kitchen showroom as a manager, a local FM station as a program director, a foreign oil company, and an LNG trading company.
