Ryozo Kawagishi worked at JMA Consultants Inc., where he provided management consulting services mainly for R&D departments on themes such as product development, cost reduction, and team building.
Co-founded KOMPEITO Inc. in 2012, and launched "OFFICE DE YASAI" in 2014, a welfare service that allows people to easily eat fruits and vegetables at the office. Highly experienced in fundraising and business alliances with venture capital and business companies.
Served as the company's representative until 2019, and had attracted attention as a startup in the B to E domain.
In 2021, he joined FRACTA Inc. in order to provide support to a wide range of companies from large corporations to local companies in the form of "supporting brands". Based on my experience in both "creating a path to growth from the business owner's perspective" and "supporting business from an objective point of view," he supports brands and startups of many Japanese companies, as well as new business creation for large companies.
