In the individual mentoring sessions, we consider the issues and the needs of each participant to develop their businesses. Based on their needs, the program will introduce mentors, brush up their business model, help formulate effective pitches, identify goals and design plans to scale-up their business including overseas expansion, and assist in clarifying the means of financing their business plans for execution.
Through the participatory events and programs, we will conduct themed workshops and pitch events while creating a community of women entrepreneurs and their supporters. Industry experts and private business persons relevant to the said theme – such as fundraising procurement, business alliance, and marketing strategies -- will be invited to attend the pitch events to provide the women entrepreneurs opportunities for presentation, feedback, and networking.
In the domestic common program’s lecture program, we will have lectures by prominent professors and entrepreneurs with extensive knowledge of women’s entrepreneurship both in Japan and abroad. This will allow participants to systematically and comprehensively obtain knowledge on the targeted market, cross-cultural business communication skills, management and networking skills, and other capacities vital to lead their business to success. Additionally, the program will introduce participants to separate language training courses and e-learning tools, and assign interpreters when necessary. Prospective lecturers are as given below.
Participants may take their own interpreters for the overseas dispatch program at their own cost.
- In regard to lecturers based overseas, other than cases where visiting Japan is possible, the lectures will be provided online. Please note that the lecturers and schedules are subject to change.
