Born in 1981. Born in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. Graduated from Musashino Women's University (now Musashino University) with a degree in English Language and Literature. Since 2005, she has worked as a receptionist for listed companies, mainly IT companies. Utilizing the know-how gained from serving a total of over 2 million customers for 11 years as a receptionist, she founded Delighted in 2016 (the company name changed to RECEPTIONIST Inc. in March 2020) and released the cloud receptionist system "RECEPTIONIST" the following year. With both the schedule coordination tool "Cho-sei Apo" and the space reservation management system "Reservation Rooms," the company aims to create a world of one-stop efficiency in communication and management operations. In her private life, she is the mother of a 5-year-old child. She has been selected as a promising venture by Weekly Toyo Keizai, supervised and cooperated with a drama about receptionists, and has been a speaker to support working women as a female entrepreneur and mother entrepreneur.
