Graduated from INSEAD Executive Master in Change (Coaching and Organizational Development)

After working for a PR firm, an educational NPO, and a consulting firm, she started his own business in 2014.
After having a baby, she launched Japan's first external mentor training and matching business in 2018, aiming to develop female leaders and promote D&I.

She moved to Germany and continued her business while living in two locations, and is currently expanding her mentoring business in Japan.
She also established a general incorporated association, the Business and Career Mentor Association, in May 2021.

Author of "Textbook of 1on1 for Persons who have Female Subordinates and Junior Staff"
