I became the first female director of a business division in an advertising agency, application development, and internet service company with annual sales of 120 million yen and more than 600 employees.
As head of the Public Relations Department, I produced many projects, including media management, various promotions, and event planning. I also oversaw the overall management of the company, including the launch of a new publishing business. As head of the accounting department, I managed the company's overall budget and financials.
I built a team from scratch and contributed to improving operations and productivity through management that makes the most of individuality, which is my forte.
In 2016, I became independent in the Women's Career Support Business. I have provided parallel career consulting to a total of over 1,500 women and hosted many exchanges and events.
In 2019 I founded the Parallel Career Promotion Committee® Aile Project. In just 4 years, we were able to grow it into one of the largest Community x School x Production platforms with over 3,000 women in Japan and abroad.
My other activities range from serving as a contest judge, speaking at various events, and lecturing, to corporate advisors and visiting professors at a university.
