Currently, in addition to cooking classes, he is also engaged in the production and sales of confectionery, and has a store in the Ho Chi Minh City Takashimaya Department Store. Its clients include Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and Takashimaya.
The brand has grown to over 220,000 followers on Facebook. Currently, he is running Star Consulting Japan in Japan, which supports Japanese companies entering the Vietnamese market, based on his 8 years of experience of starting and running a business in Vietnam and his knowledge as an advisor to JETRO.
