Born and raised in France, Charlotte moved to San Francisco in 1994 to open her family’s winery's subsidiary in San Francisco. After completing an executive MBA, she went on building an extensive global experience that spans categories, segments and company types in the Wines, Spirit and Cannabis industries. She managed mature portfolios and launched startups. Most recently the General Manager of the Robert Mondavi Winery, Charlotte now divides her time between accelerating women founders success globally with the Prospera Women team and helping organizations prepare exits. She also leads the entrepreneurial module of Sonoma’s State University Global Wine Executive MBA program. Her mantra: visionary leadership, strategic planning, and execution excellence are crucial, but genuine relationships and strong teams are paramount. Social capital is the currency that truly matters.As the interim CEO for Prospera Women, Charlotte spearheads the global platform’s efforts to secure funding and enable tools for women founders.
