Business strategy consultant and professional speaker.
He lives in New York and graduated from the School of Commerce at Waseda University in 1995. Graduated from the School of Commerce at Waseda University in 1995 and received an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Immediately after graduating from Waseda University, he moved to the U.S. and worked for Itochu International Inc. in New York. After a summer internship at McKinsey & Company (Tokyo), he founded Aspire Intelligence, a business strategy consulting firm, in 2004. In 2014, he launched Breakthrough Speaking™, teaching presentations and speeches that "transcend cultural barriers and move others" to Japanese people working globally and Japanese companies in the global arena. He was the first Japanese to win the Toastmasters International International Speech Contest for five consecutive years and to be ranked in the top 100 in the world. In June 2021, he was appointed as the first Asian board member of the New York chapter of the National Association of Professional Speakers
