Kate Bunina is Managing Director of US Market Access Center, a leading Silicon Valley-based startup accelerator focused on helping foreign startups with global market expansion; and ecosystem builder helping governments with capacity and capability building. Kate is also the co-founder of Prospera Women, a program dedicated to empowering and fostering the growth of women-led companies around the world.

Kate has over 10 years in the tech industry in Silicon Valley, Europe and Central Asia.

She has previously established a branch in San Francisco for U+ and U+Ventures (corporate innovations lab and an early-stage investment fund), as a Managing Director of the Bay Area. During that time she has managed and mentored at the pre-seed accelerator Founder Institute in San Francisco.

As a startup consultant, Kate is often invited as mentor, speaker and judge in Silicon Valley, Europe and other parts of the world at initiatives such as WeWork Labs - Paris, GSMA Mobile World Congress Americas - 4YFN - LA, Startup Grind and many more.

In the past, she has built digital products and corporate innovations for companies such as Volkswagen, T-Mobile, E.On, Home Credit, AXA and other Fortune 500.
