After graduating from the University of Tokyo, She joined Dentsu Inc. where she developed communication strategies. She then worked in brand strategy, interactive strategy, corporate planning, and new business development at a foreign advertising agency and a major venture company before earning an MBA from Columbia University. After returning to Japan, she worked at McKinsey before joining Walt Disney Japan. She worked in marketing and business development. Currently, she is a senior researcher at GLOBIS and a faculty member at the Graduate School of Management, Globis University. She is also a part-time lecturer at Ferris University and Toyo University.
On the other hand, she is also a member of the Nikikikai, and is active as a vocalist, performing in operas and concerts in Japan and abroad. Her activities are not limited to her own performances; she has also produced and led to the success of various concerts and operas, including those commissioned by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, through the general incorporated association Sogakukai, of which she is the secretary general. This year, she launched Opera meets Metaverse supported by Mitsubishi Estate, which creates encounters between all cultures and the people involved with them and the Metaverse.
