Naoko Okumoto

Naoko holds a Master's degree from Boston University and has worked in Silicon Valley for Microsoft and TIBCO Software, where she was responsible for developing and executing business strategies for the Pacific Rim and Asia-Pacific markets. In 2014, she participated in the founding of WiL, a venture capital firm, where she was a partner and engaged in investment activities. In 2017, she founded Amber Bridge Partners, a strategic consulting and investment firm with the mission of building bridges and collaboration between Japan and the United States. She is the U.S. Managing Director of Mistletoe, a social impact creation fund and community led by Taizo Son, and Executive Advisor to Z Corporation, a fund under the Softbank Group. She is an outside director of S4Capital, a global operating company headquartered in the UK. Outside Director of EdCast, a Silicon Valley startup in the U.S., and Board Advisor to two other U.S. startups. She is a board advisor to TransformativeTechnology, the world's largest wellbeing technology ecosystem, and the head of its Japan and Asia offices, where she works to promote and expand wellbeing technologies that support human physical and mental growth. She is also a board advisor to TransformativeTechnology, the world's largest wellbeing technology ecosystem.
