We held a pitch event with participants in the third season of the program at SENQ Kasumigaseki on Wednesday, November 28, 2018.

The initial stages of business often require substantial financial resources, but new entrepreneurs do not have many opportunities to make pitches in front of VCs and financial institutions or build connections with them. APT Women holds pitch events to support entrepreneurs in such situation to find a way to secure necessary funds.

At the event, the participants shared their aspirations, issues they hoped to solve, solutions, and market trends, made pitches for their business plans, and received feedback from many people who attended the event.

After the event, one of the participants commented that she was impressed by how other participants’ pitches had been improved from the ones they did at the beginning of the program, while another commented that she was very happy with the event as she was able to refine the content of her pitch and business model through the acceleration program.

We hope that as many companies as possible will find opportunities through this pitch event to procure necessary funds to scale up their business.

We are looking forward to seeing the participants’ further growth in the future!
